Friends of the Riders Touchdown Lottery President Tom Shepherd is pleased to announce Don & Bonnie Johnson from Regina, SK won $317,470.00 in the 50/50 extra point draw.
In addition, Eldred Rommel from Nipawin, Laureen Paradis of Storthoaks, Nicole Woodard from Weyburn, Debbie Lawrence from Kenosee Lake and Kevin Demchuk from White City won the $100,000.00 grand prizes in this year’s Friends of the Riders Touchdown Lottery.
Tonight the Friends of the Riders Touchdown Lottery also gave out 1,244 other incredible prizes worth in excess of $2,177,400.00.
The Friends of the Riders Touchdown Lottery 2013, presented Rider Chairman Roger Brandvold with a cheque for $1.2 million. The proceeds from this year’s Lottery will go directly to the Football Club’s bottom line. Since 1986, the Friends of the Riders Lottery has raised over $18.5 million for the Saskatchewan Roughriders, while giving out more than $27 million in prizes.
Once again the entire province helped support the Friends of the Riders Touchdown Lottery. The winners list includes lucky winners from 231 different communities.
The Friends of the Riders and the entire Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Organization would like to congratulate all prizes winners and thank all Rider fans who purchased lottery tickets.
The results of the draw and a list of winners will appear in the November 2nd editions of the Leader Post and the Saskatoon Star Phoenix.
