The 2013 Canadian Football League season will conclude as the Western Division champion Saskatchewan Roughriders take on the Eastern Division champion Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the 101st Grey Cup.
The Riders got here by defeating the visiting B.C. Lions 29-25 in the Western Semi-Final. The Green and White then travelled to Calgary for the Western Final where they dominated the Stampeders and ran away with a 35-13 win.
The Tiger-Cats took a similar path as they hosted the Eastern Semi-Final in Guelph where they blew past the visiting Montreal Alouettes 19-16. They then travelled to Toronto for the Eastern Final where they controlled the second half of the game finishing with a 36-24 win.
It is the third year in a row that the host team for the Grey Cup will be competing in the game as the Riders will take to the field in front a sold out Mosaic Stadium.
Game introductions will begin at 5:00PM Saskatchewan time (6:00 ET) Sunday, November 24th. Fans can watch the broadcast live on TSN or listen to the game on Rider Radio 620 CKRM with Rod Pedersen calling the action beginning with the pregame show at 1:00PM. The game will also be televised in the U.S. on NBC Sports Network.
