The Saskatchewan Roughriders (10-8) will visit the Edmonton Eskimos (12-6) in the CFL’s Western Semi-Final at Commonwealth Stadium on Sunday, November 16th. Kickoff is 4:30 Eastern (3:30 SK, 2:30 MT).
The teams met three times this season with the Riders winning one of them. Each team won a game at Mosaic Stadium while the Esks picked up the lone contest played in Edmonton.
The Eskimos and Roughriders last met in the playoffs during the 2004 season when Commonwealth Stadium was the site of the Western Semi-Final with the Riders winning 14-6. It will be the 18th time the two franchises will meet in the playoffs.
Fans can watch Sunday’s game live on TSN or listen on Rider Radio 620 CKRM with Rod Pedersen and Carm Carteri calling the action. The CKRM Roughriders Game Day will begin at 1:00 pm Sask. time.
The game will be available live to Sirius and XM satellite and online subscribers on channel 167 and also televised in the U.S. on ESPN2.
