The Saskatchewan Roughriders have added national kicker Brett Lauther to the practice roster.
Lauther (6’1 – 195) was originally selected by the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the 7th round (53rd overall) of the 2013 CFL Draft. That season, the Nova Scotia native connected on six of ten field goal attempts (60.0%) and all ten converts attempted in four regular season games.
He re-signed with the Tiger-Cats in January, 2014 before attending training camp.
