Riders Transactions- October 20th

The Saskatchewan Roughriders have made the following transactions:
- ADD international quarterback Blake Sims to the roster.
- ADD international defensive back Keith Lewis to the practice roster.
- RELEASE international quarterback Hutson Mason from the practice roster.
Lewis (6’1 – 190) recently had his negotiation rights acquired by the Riders in a trade with the Calgary Stampeders. After four seasons at the Virginia University of Lynchburg the Chicago native signed as an undrafted free agent with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in May, 2014. He later went on to join the New York Jets practice squad in December and remained with the club through 2015 training camp, appearing in three preseason games.
